Confirm your dentist’s guidance about the restoration, any numbness and what to do if the bite feels different.
Your own instructions come first.
Your actual treating team should supply guidance that matches the procedure, materials and your individual circumstances. Ask for a written copy and the correct contact details.
Before you leave, confirm:
- The instructions that apply specifically to your care.
- What to expect and which concerns should prompt contact.
- How to reach the team during and outside opening hours.
- Any planned follow-up and who will arrange it.
