Supply and fit, or fitting only?

Choose a scope by understanding who orders, checks, stores and supports the products.

Start with responsibilities

A supply-and-fit scope can bring product sourcing and installation into one agreement. Fitting only can work when you want to source products yourself. The useful comparison is who carries each responsibility, not just the headline price.

Check the specification first

Share product codes, dimensions, finishes and installation requirements before ordering. Your installer needs to confirm pressure, drainage, clearances and access, particularly where components come from different ranges.

Coordinate deliveries

Agree when products need to be on site, who checks for damage and where they can be stored. A late or incorrect component may affect the programme even when the fitting work is otherwise ready.

Clarify aftercare

Record who handles supplier returns, missing parts, manufacturer claims and workmanship queries. Keep receipts and model information together with the installation agreement. This demo offers a planning brief, not a supply contract.

Put the ideas into your brief.

Keep your priorities in one place, then review and download your plan. No enquiry is submitted by this demonstration.
