Can I purchase these garments?
No. ORDEN is a fictional design sample. You can complete the browsing and checkout flow, but no order, payment or delivery is created.
Why do I choose both a size and a length?
The sample demonstrates two-dimensional sizing: the letter size and garment length are independent. Its measurements are illustrative and not manufacturer-verified.
Why is XL / Long unavailable?
That combination is intentionally unavailable so clients can explore a sold-out state and the notification preview. No real inventory is represented.
Does changing region change currency?
No. All prices remain EUR. Region only changes the illustrative delivery fee and free-standard-delivery threshold.
Where is my receipt?
Complete a demo checkout and open the receipt in the same browser tab. Only product selections and delivery preferences are kept in session storage, not personal contact or address details.
Can I return or cancel a demo order?
After checkout, use ORDEN-DEMO in the return or cancellation preview. The result clearly explains that no real transaction was changed.
Are repair and take-back services available?
They are demonstration forms only. No workshop, collection service, label or voucher is created.
Are the product claims verified?
ORDEN does not claim certified suppliers, material percentages, factory relationships, customer reviews or measured environmental benefits. Reference photographs are credited separately.
What if browser storage is blocked?
Selections work on the current page only. A notice explains that the bag cannot carry into checkout. Static browsing and resource pages remain available.
