Arrival & departure

The sample uses check-in from 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in is a request that requires confirmation.

Guests & extra beds

Standard occupancy is one or two guests per room. A requested extra bed allows one additional guest at ₹900 per night. Suitability, children’s arrangements and availability need operator confirmation.

Taxes, payments & cancellation

The estimate excludes taxes and unpriced services. Accepted payments, deposits, cancellation deadlines and refunds must be agreed in a written quotation. This sample takes no payment and creates no booking contract.

Identification & house rules

A real operator must publish its identification, pet, smoking and conduct policies. This website does not request identity documents. Ask about individual needs before confirming a stay.

Planned venues

The café, meeting/party hall and restaurant/banquet are proposed only. No venue booking, menu or opening date is confirmed.
