Delivery pricing
The demo basket charges £39 for delivery when the discounted subtotal is below £500. Orders of £500 or more after discounts qualify for free demo delivery. Prices shown include illustrative VAT; no additional tax is added at checkout.
Collection
Choose collection in your basket or checkout and select a concept showroom. No shipping charge applies. This does not reserve real stock or arrange a visit.
Before a real delivery
Measure doorways and access routes, plan safe storage and ask the supplier about unloading responsibilities. Check cartons and contents promptly, keeping packaging and photographs if there is damage.
Lead times
All availability is illustrative. A real store must confirm live stock, location coverage, delivery dates and any remote-area or oversized-item charges before accepting an order.
