The useful details
Price promise
A fair comparison begins with the details.
Compare like for like
Match the exact model, size, finish, included components, tax and delivery cost when comparing a real quotation. A similar-looking product may have different specifications.
Prepare the comparison
Use the support form to draft an enquiry with the item code and the details you would want a retailer to review.
No live price-match offer
Stillwater does not sell products or promise to match a competitor’s price. A production store must publish eligibility, evidence requirements, exclusions and the decision process before offering a price guarantee.
