Prepare a return enquiry
For a real purchase, keep the order reference, item code, delivery date and photographs where relevant. Describe whether an item is damaged, unsuitable or no longer needed.
Before installation
Inspect products before fitting. Retain packaging where practical and contact the actual seller promptly if there is a problem. Do not install a damaged item while waiting for guidance.
