Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a subscription, changing a project, or withdrawing an enquiry.

01Cancellation and refunds are different
Cancellation concerns future renewal, access, or work. A refund concerns a payment already made. The result depends on the agreed service terms and applicable law; a cancellation request does not by itself decide whether a refund is due.
Read this page alongside the Refund Policy and the terms supplied with your purchase.
02Product subscriptions
Use the subscription or billing controls provided by the product or the app store that manages the purchase. If you cannot find them, contact us with the product name, purchase email, and order reference so we can help identify the correct route.
The purchase terms should state whether renewal is automatic, when the next charge is due, and when access ends after cancellation. We do not assume one renewal model for every Matrixbreach product. Retain the cancellation confirmation. Uninstalling an app or ceasing to use it may not cancel billing.
03Client projects and scheduled work
Send a written cancellation or change request with the project reference and the work you want stopped or changed. The agreed scope, completed milestones, committed costs, and cancellation provisions determine the next steps.
We will discuss any revised handover, outstanding payment, or refund position under the agreement. A pause or scope change should be documented so both sides understand the effect on timing and charges.
04Training, opportunities, and enquiries
For a booked session or learning program, use the cancellation terms supplied with that booking. There is no common session-cancellation window stated on this company website.
You can withdraw a general enquiry or opportunity application by contacting us. Withdrawal of an enquiry is separate from a request to delete retained correspondence; see the Privacy Policy.
05If we suspend or discontinue a service
Safety issues, misuse, legal obligations, or an inability to provide the service may require a suspension or cancellation. Where relevant, we will explain the action and address access, handover, and any remedy owed under the agreement or applicable law. This page does not make all prepaid amounts forfeitable.
06Request a cancellation
Write to connect@matrixbreach.com with the service name, purchase or project reference, and the requested change. For a time-sensitive renewal, also use any cancellation control offered by the billing provider and retain its confirmation.
We will confirm the action and its effective date once the request has been identified and handled. This page does not promise an unconfirmed processing time.
For support, privacy requests, or grievances, write to connect@matrixbreach.com. You can also contact matrixbreachinnovations@gmail.com or call +91 9864585504. Include the relevant product, project, or transaction reference so we can route your request.
