Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using our website and discussing products, partnerships, and client work.

01About these terms
This website is provided by Matrixbreach Innovations (OPC) Private Limited. These terms concern use of matrixbreach.com and the process of enquiring about our work. They do not replace an accepted project agreement, product licence, subscription terms, or mandatory consumer protections.
Review the terms shown with the particular product or service before purchasing. Where documents address the same issue, applicable law takes priority, followed by the agreed service-specific terms, then these general website terms.
02Who may use the website
You may browse the company website without a company-wide minimum age requirement. Anyone entering a binding agreement must have the legal capacity and authority to do so. A parent or guardian should arrange purchases or contracts where the intended user cannot legally enter the agreement themselves.
If you contact us for an organisation, provide accurate details and make clear whether you are authorised to act for it. Product-specific age ratings and eligibility may differ.
03Acceptable use
- Use the website and contact channels for lawful enquiries and legitimate support requests.
- Do not impersonate another person or claim a business affiliation you do not have.
- Do not send malicious files, spam, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, or collect personal information from our systems without permission.
- Do not use our services or communications to exploit, threaten, or harm a child or any other person.
04Project enquiries and agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, price, delivery date, employment, or partnership. We will discuss requirements before agreeing on a scope.
For client work, the proposal or agreement should set out deliverables, milestones, fees, taxes where relevant, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities, acceptance, intellectual-property ownership, handover, and support. Changes to agreed work should be documented, including their effect on cost and timing.
Provide only material you are entitled to share. If a discussion requires confidentiality, agree the appropriate arrangements before sharing confidential material.
05Products, payments, and partner arrangements
The company website currently directs visitors to product sites or a project discussion; it does not provide a shared checkout for all Matrixbreach products. Product pricing, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and access conditions must be checked at the relevant purchase point.
Product listings do not promise identical features or terms across products. Referral commissions and partner eligibility are governed by separately agreed program terms. Demonstration figures in a preview dashboard are not an offer of a commission rate or a promise of payment.
See the Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy for how to raise related requests.
06Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, branding, and software are owned by Matrixbreach or the relevant rights holders. You may view and share links to public pages. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires the appropriate permission.
Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your ideas or materials to us. Ownership and licences for commissioned work must be addressed in the project agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
07Links and availability
External product and provider links lead to services with their own terms and practices. We aim to keep information useful and current, but published descriptions may change, and the website may be unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. Contact us to confirm details material to a purchase or project.
08Problems, responsibility, and disputes
Contact us if you find an error, experience a problem, or believe a right has been infringed. We may restrict misuse of the website or contact channels while addressing a security or legal issue.
These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific allocation of responsibility must be stated in the relevant agreement. Indian law applies to these general website terms, subject to mandatory protections and rights available in your jurisdiction; nothing here prevents access to a competent consumer forum or other lawful remedy.
09Changes and contact
The date at the top records the latest revision. Material changes to an agreed paid service should be communicated through the relevant service or contract process, rather than treated as an automatic rewrite of an existing agreement.
For support, privacy requests, or grievances, write to connect@matrixbreach.com. You can also contact matrixbreachinnovations@gmail.com or call +91 9864585504. Include the relevant product, project, or transaction reference so we can route your request.
