Standards for protecting children and reporting concerns involving Matrixbreach services.

01Scope and access
For these standards, a child means a person under 18. Matrixbreach has no blanket minimum age for browsing its company website. That does not make every linked product suitable for every age or remove consent, contracting, or eligibility requirements that apply to a particular service.
Parents or guardians should be involved when a child shares personal information, enrols in a program, or uses a paid service. A legally capable adult should enter a contract where required. Product-specific notices should explain any additional restrictions or safeguards.
02Prohibited conduct
Matrixbreach does not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sextortion, trafficking, or material depicting sexual abuse of children, including manipulated or AI-generated material. Threats, harassment, and attempts to obtain a child’s private information for harmful purposes are also prohibited.
These standards apply to communications with us and to Matrixbreach-controlled services. They do not imply that every product has a social feed, messaging, or content-upload feature.
03How to report a concern
Contact connect@matrixbreach.com with the subject Child safety concern. Alternative contact: matrixbreachinnovations@gmail.com; phone: +91 9864585504. Include the relevant product, URL or account reference, approximate time, and a short description.
Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide a URL or reference and a description without reproducing the material. Do not confront the suspected offender or put yourself or a child at further risk.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the police. Our email and phone channels are not emergency-response services.
04Handling reports
Reports will be assessed for appropriate action within the services we control. Depending on the facts and legal requirements, action may include restricting access to harmful material, suspending misuse, preserving necessary records securely, and referring matters to the appropriate authorities.
We may need further context to identify the service or content. Information should be shared only as needed to respond, protect people, or meet legal duties. We do not promise anonymity where disclosure is legally required, or claim automated monitoring of every product.
05Children’s information
Share only the information necessary to explain a concern. Parents or guardians can request help with information a child has submitted through our company website. We will consider correction or deletion requests, subject to identity checks and any lawful need to retain records for protection or investigation.
See the Privacy Policy and the relevant product notice for information handling. We will obtain parental consent where required for a particular activity rather than treating general website access as consent.
06Follow-up and escalation
Use the original conversation when following up so the report can be linked to earlier information. If the concern involves a third-party site outside our control, also report it to that operator and the appropriate authorities.
