01Who this policy covers

Matrixbreach Innovations (OPC) Private Limited ("Matrixbreach", "we", "us") operates matrixbreach.com. This policy covers this company website and enquiries sent to our contact channels.

Our product websites, applications, and partner dashboard have different features and may process additional information. Review the notice provided with the specific service. This page does not describe every product as collecting the same data. For software we build for a client, the client may decide how its users’ information is handled.

02Information we receive

  • Enquiries: your name, email address, chosen enquiry category, message, and any information you choose to send by email or phone.
  • Project and opportunity discussions: requirements, business contact details, correspondence, and material you provide when discussing a project, partnership, training, or an opportunity.
  • Website requests: hosting and delivery providers may receive your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and technical error information when serving the website.
  • Browser preference: your light/dark theme choice is saved in local storage on your device. It is not a user account.

Please share only what is relevant. Do not put passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials, identity documents, or sensitive personal information into a general enquiry. We will explain any separate information needed for a particular service.

03Why we use information

  • Respond to questions, investigate support issues, and communicate about your request.
  • Assess project requirements and prepare proposals or deliver agreed work.
  • Review partnership, training, and opportunity enquiries.
  • Operate the website, diagnose technical issues, prevent misuse, and protect information.
  • Maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

A service enquiry is not an agreement to unrelated marketing. If we offer an optional mailing list, its sign-up and withdrawal choices will be explained separately.

04Services involved in this website

The company website uses the following services or integrations:

  • Hostinger: website hosting, which may involve processing technical request and security logs.
  • FormSubmit: the contact form sends the submitted fields to FormSubmit for email delivery to our team. You can email us directly if you prefer not to use the form.
  • Google Fonts: the site requests web fonts from Google’s servers. These requests disclose technical connection details such as your IP address and browser information to that provider.
  • Email providers: handle messages sent to our company mailbox and the Gmail address listed for alternative contact.

Providers may process information outside your country. Their own notices describe their independent processing. We have not set a single storage region for every provider in this notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or a legal claim.

05Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The company website stores the theme preference under matrixbreach-theme in browser local storage. It remains until you clear it or your browser removes it. You can use your browser’s site-data settings to remove it; the site will return to its default theme.

The current company-site code does not include advertising pixels or an analytics SDK. Third-party services reached through the form, fonts, or external links may have their own cookies and technical logging. The separate partner dashboard uses authentication cookies when live sign-in is enabled. Contact us for the information practices applicable to that service before creating an account.

06Retention and security

We retain enquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver or support agreed services, maintain required records, or resolve a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; this website does not operate an automatic account-deletion schedule.

Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly with enough detail to investigate.

07Your requests and choices

Write to connect@matrixbreach.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a permission you previously gave. Tell us which website, product, or conversation your request relates to. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information.

We will consider requests under applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes; where a request cannot be fully met, we will explain the relevant limitation. Withdrawing information needed to carry out a requested service may affect our ability to provide that service.

08Children and young people

There is no blanket minimum age for browsing this company website. Young people should involve a parent or guardian before sending personal information or entering a paid arrangement. Product-specific eligibility and any consent required by law must still be followed.

Parents or guardians can contact us about information a child has submitted. We do not ask for a child’s date of birth in the company contact form. See our Child Safety page for reporting guidance.

09Updates and contact

We may revise this notice when the website or its information practices change. The update date appears at the top of the page. Changes do not remove rights that apply under law.

For support, privacy requests, or grievances, write to connect@matrixbreach.com. You can also contact matrixbreachinnovations@gmail.com or call +91 9864585504. Include the relevant product, project, or transaction reference so we can route your request.
