Shipping & Delivery Policy
How access, project work, and digital deliverables reach you.
Last updated
01Digital delivery
The products and development services described on matrixbreach.com are digital. Delivery may take the form of account access, a download or licence, a deployed website or application, project files, documentation, or an agreed session.
There is no physical-goods checkout or standard courier-shipping service on this company website. If a separate agreement includes physical materials, its delivery and shipping terms must be specified separately.
02Product access and downloads
The relevant product or purchase channel explains the activation process, supported devices, requirements, and expected access timing. Payment verification or account setup may be necessary. A payment confirmation and successful activation are different events; contact support if you have paid but cannot access the purchased service.
We do not promise instant activation for every product. Follow the delivery estimate and instructions supplied with the purchase.
03Website, app, and software projects
The accepted scope should identify milestones, delivery dates, review periods, acceptance criteria, and the form of handover. Hosting, domain registration, app-store release, source-code transfer, ongoing maintenance, and third-party licences are included only when agreed.
Timelines may depend on your content, feedback, access permissions, third-party approvals, and agreed changes. We will discuss the effect of a dependency or change rather than assume that an original estimate covers additional work.
04Training and consultancy
For any confirmed session or program, joining instructions, materials, location or meeting details, and scheduling will be provided through the agreed communication channel. Check the confirmation for requirements and contact us if it does not arrive.
05Missing, delayed, or incorrect delivery
Email connect@matrixbreach.com with the product/project name, order or invoice reference, purchase date, expected deliverable, and what happened. For a technical issue, include the device or browser and a redacted error message where useful.
Check the relevant account, purchase confirmation, and spam folder first. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate delivery correction or other remedy under the agreement and applicable law. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy.
