ARROWLY / LEGAL & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

How Arrowly 0.4.0 handles local game data, rewarded advertising and support messages.

Updated

Who we are and what this covers

Arrowly is an arrow puzzle game provided by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. For privacy questions, contact connect@matrixbreach.com.

This policy describes Android version 0.4.0, package com.matrixbreach.arrowly, support correspondence and this website. Future services will be described separately before they change how personal information is handled.

Information stored on your device

Arrowly saves puzzle progress, daily-challenge records, preferences, tutorial completion, coins and booster balances locally on your device. The current build has no account or cloud save service. We do not receive your puzzle progress or balances.

Permissions and connectivity

Arrowly connects to Google’s advertising and consent services for optional rewarded ads. Android may use vibration for gameplay feedback. This version is not an offline-only build.

Advertising and consent

Arrowly uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK 24.9.0) to provide optional rewarded ads for hints, clears and grid uses. Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses, device information, identifiers, diagnostics and ad interactions to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance.

We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean that no data is processed. The SDK’s first-party identifier is disabled. No mediation networks are configured. Arrowly uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent handling before production ad requests.

Debug builds use Google’s test advertisements, which generate no advertising revenue. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure for Google’s practices.

Purchases and virtual items

Purchases are unavailable in release builds. Only debug builds simulate purchases, without charging money. No paid coin packs or No Ads entitlement is sold in version 0.4.0. Coins and boosters are local game balances, not evidence of a real payment.

We will update this policy before introducing real purchases or other services that change how personal information is handled. Do not send payment-card details to support.

Information you choose to send us

If you email support, you provide your email address and whatever you put in the message or attachments. This may include a device model, Android version, game version, level number, reproduction steps or a screenshot.

We use this correspondence to respond to your question, investigate the issue and handle relevant support or privacy requests. Our email providers process messages to deliver and store the correspondence. Share only what is needed and remove unrelated personal information from screenshots.

This website has separate data handling

Opening matrixbreach.com in a browser is different from playing Arrowly. The website is hosted through Hostinger and its delivery/security services. Serving a page or checking access can involve your IP address, requested URL, browser details, request time and technical logs. The hosting security service can also set a browser-verification cookie when checking access. This is separate from Arrowly’s game storage and the website’s theme preference.

  • The shared website loads DM Sans and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts. Those requests disclose connection details to Google.
  • The theme control stores your light/dark preference in browser local storage under matrixbreach-theme. Other parts of the company site save optional calculator, animation or example-site preferences.
  • The main company contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver enquiries. These Arrowly pages use email links and contain no submission form.
  • No advertising pixel or analytics SDK was found in the shared website code inspected for these pages. Hosting/security services, external links and other products have their own processing; this is not a claim that the entire website or its providers are tracking-free.

Read the company website Privacy Policy for its broader practices. Provider processing may take place outside your country; no single storage region is promised here.

Your choices, retention and deletion

You can change sound, music, haptics and appearance in Settings. Revisit ad consent under Account → Privacy Preferences → Ad privacy choices. On Apple devices, Apple manages tracking permission in device Settings; this is separate from Android ad consent.

Deleting the app or clearing its storage can permanently remove local progress, settings, coins and boosters. Progress is not guaranteed to transfer between devices or survive reinstallation. On Android, open Settings → Apps → Arrowly → Storage and use the clear storage/app data control. Menu names vary by device; clearing cache is different. We cannot remotely erase your local game storage.

Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain required records or resolve a dispute, as described in our company policy. No fixed deletion period is promised. Email connect@matrixbreach.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us; relevant legal recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be removed. Google handles advertising data under its own policy.

Audience and children’s privacy

Arrowly’s declared Google Play audience is ages 13 and above. It is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. The current build does not ask players to create an account or enter a date of birth.

Parents or guardians can contact connect@matrixbreach.com about information a child may have sent to support. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice before introducing services that change how personal information is handled and revise the date above. Planned services, if described, are separate from the current build. Opening an external link takes you outside the app.

You can read this policy without logging in or accepting terms. For privacy questions, contact connect@matrixbreach.com.
