Before removing anything
Removing app data can permanently erase your settings and game records. There is no developer-operated cloud save or guaranteed recovery. Do not clear storage or reinstall as your first troubleshooting step; visit Support first.
1to4play has no application account. You do not need to sign in, cancel a subscription or find an account-deletion button. Matrixbreach cannot remotely erase game files held only on your device.
Android: clear local app data
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Choose Apps, then 1to4play. You may need to select “See all apps”.
- Open Storage, or Storage & cache.
- Choose Clear storage or Clear app data and review the device’s confirmation.
Names vary by device and Android version. Clear cache is different from clearing app data and may leave preferences and game records intact. Uninstalling normally removes application storage, but operating-system backups or a later restore may restore information. We cannot erase backup copies controlled by your device or platform.
iPhone and iPad: delete the app
- Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
- Select 1to4play.
- Choose Delete App and confirm after reading the warning.
You can also use the Home Screen’s Remove App → Delete App action. Removing only the Home Screen icon is not deleting the app. Offload App keeps documents and data for reinstallation and is not the same as deletion.
iCloud, computer or other device backups may contain application data and may restore it later. Review backup settings with Apple’s guidance if you also want to manage those copies. Deleting the app does not promise erasure of all historical backups.
Information sent to support
For access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, email support@matrixbreach.com, preferably from the address used for the original message. Use a subject such as “[1to4play] Privacy request”.
- Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy action.
- Include the approximate date, subject or existing conversation reference.
- If writing from a different address or on someone else’s behalf, explain enough for us to verify your authority reasonably.
Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents by default. We may ask for proportionate additional information if needed to protect someone’s records.
Limits and retention exceptions
We assess requests under applicable law. Relevant correspondence may need to be retained for a legal obligation, an active dispute, security investigation or another lawful exception. Provider backups may not be immediately overwritten. If an exception affects your request, we will explain it where required. Response and handling follow applicable legal requirements; no fixed service deadline is promised here.
A draft you never sent is not a support record received by Matrixbreach. Delete drafts from your email application and review its own storage/backup controls if needed. The Privacy Policy explains the separate application, website and email practices.
