The product and its operator
1to4play is operated by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U85500AS2024OPC026708), referred to as “Matrixbreach”, “we” or “us”. Our public mailing address is TEZPUR NAPPAM, Napaam, Napaam, Sonitpur – 784028, Assam, India. Contact support@matrixbreach.com for product support, privacy enquiries and grievances.
These terms describe your use of the 1to4play game collection and its product website. Please read them before using the app. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; it is a notice, rather than consent to every possible processing activity. You can read these documents without an account or acceptance gate.
Eligibility
The intended minimum age is 13 years. You must also meet any higher minimum age and obtain parental or guardian permission where required by the law applicable to you. If you are not legally able to accept these terms independently, an authorized parent or guardian must assist where permitted by law. Do not bypass the app’s eligibility controls. Availability worldwide does not remove local legal requirements.
Permission to use the app
Subject to these terms and applicable store terms, Matrixbreach grants you a limited, non-exclusive permission to install and use authorized copies of 1to4play for personal entertainment on compatible devices you are entitled to use. Do not sell, redistribute or commercially exploit protected game content without permission, interfere with its operation, or circumvent safeguards unlawfully.
These restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law, including lawful interoperability or research rights, or permissions granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Games and local play
The current app contains single-player and same-device local multiplayer games. Supported player counts depend on the selected game; choosing a player segment filters available games and does not promise that every game supports all segments. Online matchmaking, remote multiplayer, player chat, accounts and developer-operated cloud saves are not currently provided.
Device capability, screen size and touch handling can affect play. Do not use the app in circumstances where distraction could cause harm.
Settings, records and data loss
Preferences and certain game records are stored locally. Not every game saves progress, and resuming unfinished matches is not guaranteed. Clearing application storage or deleting the app may permanently remove those records. Device transfer, backup restoration and recovery are not guaranteed by Matrixbreach.
There is no developer-operated cloud recovery or account restoration service. Do not clear storage or reinstall as the first troubleshooting step. See Support and Data & Deletion before removing local data.
Price, purchases and advertisements
The intended distribution model is a free download. Public Google Play and App Store availability has not yet been verified; this website does not provide an unverified download link. There are no implemented in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid virtual items or advertisements. Your device, connectivity and platform provider may have their own charges. Any future change to the product’s price or paid features would require clear information and applicable agreement before a charge; these terms do not authorize a future payment.
Content and third-party licences
Game code, artwork, branding and other original content belong to Matrixbreach or their respective rights holders. Using the app does not transfer those ownership rights. Third-party components, including the Godot engine and bundled fonts/assets, remain governed by their applicable licences and notices. Those licences take precedence for the components they cover. Contact support for a relevant notice if you cannot locate it.
Updates and availability
We may release fixes, change features or compatibility, or discontinue versions as the product develops. We do not guarantee every device, uninterrupted operation, perpetual maintenance or continued availability of a particular game. We will respect notice duties and other rights required by applicable law. Use updates from the distribution channel through which you obtained the app.
Notification permission may currently be requested even though notification delivery is not implemented. You may decline it and continue playing. Planned features are not a promise that they are already available.
Reasonable use
Do not use support channels to harass people, send unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, or submit credentials or private information you are not entitled to share. Do not distribute modified copies as official releases or use the app or website to infringe another person’s rights. Nothing in these terms prevents honest criticism or legitimate bug reporting.
Apple, Google and other platforms
When you obtain 1to4play from a distribution platform, that platform’s applicable terms also govern its services. Apple’s Standard EULA is the intended licence for any future Apple-distributed copies, subject to verification of the actual distribution settings. Where applicable, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs those copies. No public App Store release is claimed here. These website terms are not a replacement custom Apple EULA. Google Play’s applicable terms govern Google’s distribution services.
Apple and Google are not the operator of this game merely because they distribute it. Direct product and privacy enquiries to Matrixbreach. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. There is no implemented purchase or refund workflow for this game.
Disclaimers and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the product but cannot promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is supplied as available without additional guarantees beyond those expressly made or legally required.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer guarantees, fraud, or other non-excludable responsibility. Any permitted limitation must be interpreted consistently with those protections. There is no arbitrary monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration requirement or blanket indemnity in these terms.
Stopping use and support
You can stop using the app and website at any time. Removing the app or its storage can remove local settings and game records. Stopping use does not automatically delete email already sent to support; Data & Deletion explains how to request that. For help or a problem report, use Support or support@matrixbreach.com.
External websites, browsers and email applications have their own terms and processing. We do not control their continued availability.
Questions, disputes and applicable rights
If a concern arises, contact support@matrixbreach.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to give up a regulator complaint, legal remedy, or another right available under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or take away mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction are determined under the legal rules that apply to the matter.
Changes to these terms
The effective/update dates and revision identify this version. Changes will be published here and brought to your attention where law or their significance requires. We do not treat a revised document as retroactively removing rights or authorizing unrelated processing. For questions about these terms, email support@matrixbreach.com.
