Privacy Policy

How 1to4play handles local game information, website requests and voluntary support correspondence.

Updated

Operator and scope

1to4play is operated by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U85500AS2024OPC026708), referred to as “Matrixbreach”, “we” or “us”. Our public mailing address is TEZPUR NAPPAM, Napaam, Napaam, Sonitpur – 784028, Assam, India. Contact support@matrixbreach.com for product support, privacy enquiries and grievances.

This notice covers the 1to4play application (com.onetofourplay.game), this product website and correspondence you send to support. Playing the game, browsing a website and sending email are different activities with different information handling. It is not a notice for every Matrixbreach product.

Information kept on your device

The app stores preferences such as volume, haptics, frame limit, reduced motion, dark mode and available player-control settings in local application storage. Certain games also keep local records or scores. This does not mean every game saves progress or that an unfinished match will resume.

First-launch acceptance stores the consent revision, an age-confirmation flag and acceptance time locally. It does not ask for or store your date of birth. The notification-permission request also has a local flag so Android is not asked repeatedly. These records are not a developer-operated cloud account or cloud save.

Application processing and connectivity

The current implementation provides single-player and same-device local multiplayer games. Player counts vary by game. It has no application accounts, developer-operated cloud saves, online matchmaking or player chat, and no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions.

The application source and configured dependencies reviewed for this notice contain no integrated analytics, advertising or remote crash-reporting SDK. Local preferences, acceptance records and game records are not uploaded to Matrixbreach by this implementation. The reviewed Android configuration does not declare INTERNET permission. This describes the inspected application, rather than promising that an operating system, store, browser or email provider never processes information.

Following a legal link opens your browser. Preparing a support draft opens your email application. These external applications make their own connections and have their own privacy settings. Store downloads, updates, device backups and diagnostics are also governed by the relevant platform arrangements.

Permissions and device controls

Vibration: supported mobile devices may provide brief haptic feedback for interactions. You can turn Haptics off in the game’s Settings.

Notifications: the current application requests notification authorization, although the inspected implementation does not schedule notifications and does not register with a remote push provider. Declining authorization does not block play. You may change this permission in device Settings. No notification delivery feature is promised by this notice; if one is introduced, its actual purpose and processing will be described before release.

The reviewed app does not request camera, contacts, microphone, location, photo-library or shared-file access for its games or support forms. Attaching a screenshot in your email application is a separate action you control.

Support drafts and correspondence

In-app and website support forms prepare an email draft; they do not send it automatically. You decide whether to open your email application, edit the draft, add attachments and press Send. Preparing or copying a draft is not submission to Matrixbreach.

The in-app draft may include the application version/build, platform and feature/screen when available. Website reports include only optional version/platform information you provide and a fixed public support context. We do not infer your installed app version from a website visit. Screenshots, logs, files, location, device identifiers, credentials and private account data are not automatically attached.

In-app drafts remain in memory for the application session. Website fields remain in the open page’s memory; the site does not deliberately save them to cookies, browser storage, a server or analytics. Closing or reloading can lose your draft. Your browser or email application may independently retain form history or drafts.

If you send email to support@matrixbreach.com, we receive your sender address, message, supplied context and attachments you choose to include. Hostinger’s email service processes delivery and mailbox storage. We use this information to answer requests, investigate problems and handle privacy enquiries. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.

Visiting the Matrixbreach website

The app’s local storage is separate from visits to matrixbreach.com. This website uses Hostinger hosting and delivery/security services. Page requests and security checks can involve your IP address, requested URL, browser request headers, request time and technical logs. Security services may set a browser-verification cookie.

The shared website requests DM Sans and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts, which receive connection details for those requests. The theme control stores your preference in browser local storage under matrixbreach-theme. Other company pages may save optional calculator or example-site preferences. The 1to4play help search and email-draft fields remain in open-page memory; they are not deliberately saved to browser storage or sent to a support server.

The company contact form uses FormSubmit. The forms on these 1to4play pages instead prepare email drafts in your email application, with no automatic sending or upload. No new analytics, advertising pixels or embeds are added by this section. Read the company website Privacy Policy for broader website practices. Hosting, mail and other external services have separate processing; this is not a claim that the entire website or its providers process no information.

Why information is used

Local processing runs the games, remembers preferences and records first-launch choices. Voluntary correspondence lets us provide requested help, investigate defects and address privacy or business enquiries. Website request information supports delivery, reliability, security and abuse prevention. Necessary records may also be used to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where an applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: providing a service you request, complying with legal duties, or a permitted and balanced interest in secure operation and resolving enquiries. Where consent is required for a particular optional activity, we will seek it separately. Acknowledging this privacy notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing. We do not use support requests as permission to subscribe you to marketing.

Who may receive information

Authorized Matrixbreach personnel and the hosting/email providers supporting the relevant activity may access information for their roles. Hostinger provides the website hosting and support mailbox identified above. Your chosen browser, email application and distribution platform process information under their own terms.

We may disclose relevant information when lawfully required, to protect legal rights or safety, or to advisers assisting with a specific matter. If a business reorganization or transfer involves these records, applicable protections and notice duties still apply. This provision does not mean a transfer is planned. The current app has no advertising network or data-broker integration; this is not a blanket legal claim about every jurisdiction’s definition of sale or sharing.

How long information remains

Local records generally remain until removed through the application’s available controls or device storage management. Device backups and restoration can affect persistence.

We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry, investigate related problems, preserve relevant business records and satisfy applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. Technical website logs are retained according to operational/security needs and the hosting configuration. We do not promise a fixed deletion period or automatic deadline that has not been established. Provider backups and legal holds may affect removal. Ask support@matrixbreach.com about a specific record or request.

Your choices and deletion

You can change available game preferences, decline or revoke notification authorization, choose not to send a support draft, and control browser/email history using those applications. To remove local game information, follow Data & Deletion. Clearing storage or deleting the app can permanently remove settings and records; clearing a browser cache does not erase game files. Matrixbreach cannot remotely erase local game files.

Request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence by emailing support@matrixbreach.com. This app has no developer-operated account or cloud-save deletion flow. There is no optional tracking-consent switch on these pages because no such tracking is implemented.

Security and international processing

Local data is held within the operating system’s application storage model. Website deployment is configured to require HTTPS. Support messages should contain only information needed for the request. Hosting and mailbox access settings are part of the provider arrangements reviewed before publication. These measures do not guarantee perfect security. Email is not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

The intended distribution is worldwide; actual store distribution settings remain subject to verification. Website and email processing can involve infrastructure or recipients outside your country; we do not promise a particular storage country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant provider arrangements and safeguards must apply. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

Age and children

1to4play is intended for people aged 13 and older. Where local law requires a higher age or a parent’s or guardian’s permission for use or a particular processing activity, those requirements also apply. Younger children should not use the application or submit information through support. The age-confirmation flag is not identity verification and a checkbox alone does not establish legal compliance.

A parent or guardian concerned about information a child sent to support can contact support@matrixbreach.com. Include only what is needed to locate the message; do not send unnecessary information or identity documents about a child. We will assess and address the request under applicable law.

Privacy requests and rights

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, receive portable information, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also be able to complain to a competent privacy regulator. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions; not every right applies in every country or to every record.

Send privacy requests and grievances to support@matrixbreach.com. State the request and enough context to locate the correspondence, preferably from the same email address. We may reasonably verify identity or authority to protect other people’s information, but do not request identity documents by default. We cannot identify a local-only game record through an online account that does not exist. We respond as required by applicable law without promising an unverified fixed service deadline.

Changes and contact

The date and revision at the top identify this notice. We will update it when relevant practices change and provide additional notice where required. Material changes are not treated as retroactive permission for unrelated use. Support provides the report/contact forms and Data & Deletion explains removal choices.
