The app and its operator
GPS Map Camera: Photo Ledger is provided by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U85500AS2024OPC026708). For product support or privacy questions, contact connect@matrixbreach.com.
These terms cover the current development app and its Matrixbreach product pages. Development builds for Android and iOS do not establish a public store release. Use authorised copies on devices you are entitled to use; features and compatibility can change.
Permission to capture and use content
Use the app lawfully and safely. You are responsible for any permission needed to photograph or record people, property, documents or conversations, and for compliance with rules applying to a site or activity. Do not use the app to harass, invade privacy, misrepresent evidence or infringe rights. Do not operate it while driving or where distraction would be unsafe.
You retain your rights in photos, videos, notes and other content you create. Using local capture does not transfer ownership of that content to Matrixbreach. Only share or import content you are entitled to use.
Software, artwork and licences
Matrixbreach and the relevant rights holders retain rights in the app software, branding, artwork and other protected materials. Personal use does not grant permission to redistribute protected software or brand assets as your own. Applicable third-party licences and rights under law remain intact.
Map, font and software notices are described in Maps, Licences & Credits and the app’s Licenses screen. A website page does not replace the notices and map credits required within the app and exports. No affiliation with Susamp, Google, OpenStreetMap or other providers is implied.
Originals, stamps and local files
The app keeps untouched originals separately from stamped derivatives. Crops, stamps, annotations and exports do not turn the original into an independently certified record. Review which copy you are exporting and its visible and embedded information.
Local preferences, ledger records, reports and videos can be lost after storage deletion, uninstall, device damage or other failures. Keep appropriate backups and protect them. There is no Matrixbreach photo cloud or automatic team sync. Videos are excluded from photo-ledger backups and need separate export. See backup and deletion guidance.
Location, time and evidence limitations
Coordinates, accuracy radius, map pins and system addresses are estimates. Device clocks/timezones can be changed, location can be approximate or stale, and manual/imported context is not independently measured GPS. Mock-location detection cannot guarantee that spoofing is impossible.
Hashes help detect file-content changes; they do not independently prove an event, attendance, ownership, authenticity, exact location, time or legal admissibility. The app is not a certification or independent timestamping service. Verify exported information before relying on it. Location & Accuracy explains these limits in detail.
Devices, video and service availability
Camera focus, zoom, white balance, flash, quality choices and other controls depend on the device, operating system and active lens. Tap/lock focus is not a manual lens-distance slider. A shutter-sound preference does not override mandatory platform behavior.
Stamped video and optional microphone audio are supported. Video context is fixed at recording start rather than continuous route tracking. Work can be paused or interrupted by the operating system; recording or processing is not guaranteed after backgrounding or termination. Retained jobs may resume when reopened. No zero-lag or instant-capture guarantee is made.
Maps, system geocoding, selected sharing destinations, OS backups and storage providers have their own terms and availability. Street maps are implemented; satellite imagery is not configured. Missing maps/addresses do not need to prevent a photo from being saved.
Current ads and purchase status
There are no ads in the current build and no active real Pro purchases, payment processing or store-backed purchase restoration. Reserved banner layout space and development screens are not active advertising or a checkout. “No Ads” on a photo footer is current-build branding, not a paid entitlement.
This is not a free-forever or unlimited-use promise. If paid products are introduced, their store pricing and applicable terms will be presented separately before purchase. No current subscription, refund portal or cancellation flow is created by these terms.
Updates, stopping use and your rights
We may change features, fix defects, alter compatibility or discontinue versions, subject to applicable notice duties and mandatory rights. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of deleted local records. Interface translations can be imperfect and do not change your applicable rights.
Nothing here excludes rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No exclusive court, governing-law choice, arbitrary liability cap or arbitration requirement is imposed here.
You can stop using the app at any time. Review Data, Backups & Deletion before removing files; app deletion does not erase independently shared or backed-up copies. The Privacy Policy explains handling of information. Changes will be reflected in these pages with an updated date and any further notice required by law.
