SUDOKUZY / YOUR INFORMATION
Data and deletion
Remove local game data, understand recovery limits or contact us about information you sent.
Updated
Before removing anything
Removing local data can permanently erase entries, notes, puzzle history, coins, free and saved hints, daily records, settings and awards. Support cannot promise recovery. If you are trying to fix a problem, first follow the troubleshooting steps.
There is no developer-operated cloud recovery service. Operating-system backups are separate: removing data from the current installation does not guarantee removal of every backup or information held by a provider.
Delete local progress in the app
Open Me → Privacy Rights → Delete local progress and read the confirmation.
Current limitation in 1.0.0: this action removes the active save generations and temporary save file, but preserved copies created during save recovery can remain on the device. It resets active progress; it does not currently erase every retained recovery file. For removal of the installation’s app data, use the device-level options below.
Android: remove app storage
- Open Android Settings and find Apps.
- Select Sudokuzy, then Storage or Storage & cache.
- Choose Clear storage or Clear app data and confirm only when you are ready to lose local records.
Menu names vary by device. Clear cache is different and is not a way to erase saved progress. System storage removal applies to the app’s local storage, including recovery copies stored there. Uninstalling can also remove local app data. Any separate device backup is governed by its own settings; do not rely on it for recovery or assume it has also been erased. See Android’s storage guidance.
iPhone or iPad testing builds
If you have an iOS testing build, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage), select Sudokuzy and choose Delete App to remove the app and its related local data. Offload App keeps documents and data and is not equivalent to deletion.
Existing iCloud or computer backups are managed separately and may contain earlier information according to their configuration. Check the relevant backup controls if you also want to remove backup copies. We do not provide a cloud restore service or guarantee restored progress. See Apple’s storage guidance. This guidance does not imply public App Store availability.
Information emailed to MatrixBreach
For access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, email connect@matrixbreach.com. Identify the conversation or request using the minimum information necessary. We may need proportionate clarification to locate the information or protect someone else’s privacy.
Correspondence is retained only as needed for the enquiry, required records or disputes under our company policy. Applicable law can require some information to remain. Clicking the email link opens a draft; you must send it. This page has no automatic deletion form.
Google advertising information
Deleting local progress does not erase information already processed by Google. Use the app’s available native privacy choices under Me → Privacy Preferences → Manage ad privacy, your device’s privacy settings and Google’s own controls where applicable. Production consent options still need release validation.
See Google’s Privacy Policy for information and request routes concerning Google’s processing. We cannot promise to delete data controlled independently by Google.
