SUDOKUZY / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Local saves, optional advertising, support messages and your privacy choices in Sudokuzy.

Who we are and what this covers
Sudokuzy: Daily Sudoku is provided by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“MatrixBreach”, “we” or “us”). Contact connect@matrixbreach.com about privacy or information you have sent us.
This notice covers the current app, this website and support correspondence. App-local progress, Google’s advertising services and website requests involve different data handling. The Android package is com.matrixbreach.sudoku.
Information saved on your device
Sudokuzy keeps information locally so you can resume puzzles, remember preferences and use earned rewards:
- Puzzle entries, manual notes, the active puzzle and undo/redo history.
- Elapsed time, hint use, assistance records and completed puzzles.
- Daily dates, completion stars, streak-related records and monthly awards.
- Coins, free and saved extra hints, refill timing, gift claims and reward-request/receipt records.
- Settings and tutorial completion.
There is no app account, sign-in, developer-operated cloud save or cross-device recovery service. The studio does not automatically receive gameplay logs or upload your saves. Support attachments are sent only if you choose to email them. Operating-system backups and Google SDK processing are separate from these app-local records.
Offline play, connectivity and permissions
The puzzle catalogue and normal gameplay work offline. Advertising and consent services need a network connection when available. A build that includes an advertising SDK is not an offline-only app, and SDK activity is not necessarily limited to the moment you watch an ad.
The app can use device vibration for haptics and lets you change sound, music and screen preferences. The advertising integration uses network and advertising-related capabilities. This notice does not describe the app as requesting access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photo library or precise location.
Optional ads and Google services
The integration supports optional rewarded ads for an extra hint or a daily coin gift. There are no forced banner or interstitial ads. Production ad identifiers are not configured and production advertising is disabled in this version. Debug mobile builds use official Google test advertisements.
Google’s Mobile Ads/AdMob SDK may process IP/network information, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics to provide advertising, measure performance and prevent fraud. The exact processing depends on the SDK, settings and consent.
The current implementation requests non-personalized ads and disables the SDK’s first-party identifier setting. Those settings do not eliminate all data or identifier processing. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising information and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Consent and privacy choices
The app’s entry point is Me → Privacy Preferences → Manage ad privacy. In a supported test build this opens the available native consent flow. Production privacy options and regional messages still need release validation, so this is not a claim that a completed production consent service is available today.
You can choose not to request an optional ad and continue playing puzzles. Where consent is requested, use the native choices provided; withdrawal affects subsequent processing and does not undo earlier lawful processing. This website cannot change consent inside the app. Operating-system privacy controls and Google’s own controls may offer additional choices.
Information you send to support
Emailing us supplies your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use these to answer questions, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Email services process correspondence for delivery and storage.
Share only what is necessary. Redact unrelated personal details in screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, one-time codes, advertising IDs or full device identifiers. We do not automatically attach saves or gameplay logs.
Visiting this website
Website requests are separate from playing Sudokuzy. Matrixbreach.com uses Hostinger hosting and delivery/security services. Page delivery and access checks can involve your IP address, requested URL, browser details, request time and technical logs. The security service may set a browser-verification cookie.
- Shared typography loads DM Sans and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts, sending connection details to that provider.
- The theme control stores your preference in browser local storage as
matrixbreach-theme. Other company pages can save their own calculator, animation or sample-site preferences. - The company contact form uses FormSubmit for email delivery. Sudokuzy’s pages use email links and have no contact form.
- No new analytics, advertising pixel or third-party embed is included in this section. This is not a claim that all providers or every company product are tracking-free.
Read the company website Privacy Policy for broader website practices. External links open another service whose own practices apply.
Purposes and legal grounds
Local records operate the game and its rewards. Support correspondence lets us respond to a request and investigate an issue; hosting/security processing delivers and protects the website. Optional advertising is handled through Google as described above.
Where applicable law requires a legal ground, it depends on the activity and the law that applies. We use correspondence to act on your request and meet relevant legal recordkeeping obligations; consent must be obtained where required for advertising or device access. We do not treat installing the app or visiting this page as blanket consent to every form of processing. Contact us for information about the grounds relevant to your request.
How long information is kept
Game records stay in app storage until changed or removed. The save system keeps recovery generations to help with interrupted writes. Recovery copies can remain after the current in-app reset; see data and deletion guidance before choosing a removal method.
Under our company policy, support correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain required records or resolve a dispute. No fixed deletion deadline is promised. Google and hosting/email providers apply their own retention practices. We do not promise a provider storage region or retention period.
Deletion and your privacy rights
Use the data and deletion guide for app storage, support messages and Google-controlled information. Deleting local data does not delete information held by Google or messages already emailed to us.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Email connect@matrixbreach.com with the request and only the details needed to identify the correspondence concerned. We may need proportionate clarification before acting. Legal obligations and the rights of others can affect the response; outcomes are not guaranteed beyond applicable law.
Children and families
Sudokuzy is intended for players of all ages, including children. That intended audience is not a store-issued age rating or a claim that production advertising has been approved for children. Production advertising remains disabled.
The current app has no sign-in or date-of-birth entry. A parent or guardian can contact connect@matrixbreach.com about information a child may have sent us or request its removal, subject to applicable law. Please avoid including unnecessary information about a child. Audience-specific advertising and consent safeguards must be configured and validated before production ads are enabled.
Security and international processing
Local saves use versioned files, integrity checks and recovery generations to reduce the effect of damaged or interrupted writes. These checks are not encryption or a promise of complete security. Protect access to your device and keep your app and operating system updated.
Google, hosting and email services may process information outside your country under their own policies and applicable requirements. No single server region, certification or specific international transfer mechanism is promised here. Contact us about a particular privacy concern.
Changes and contact
We will revise this page and its update date when the app’s actual handling of information changes, including before enabling production advertising, billing or cloud services. Material changes will be explained in the notice; additional notice or choices will be provided where required.
For privacy questions, contact connect@matrixbreach.com. You can read these pages without an account or accepting terms.
