The app and its operator

Sudokuzy: Daily Sudoku is a puzzle game provided by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms cover personal entertainment use of the current app. Questions can be sent to connect@matrixbreach.com.

Playing responsibly

You may use Sudokuzy for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse advertising or reward services, distribute misleading copies that claim to be official, or use the app unlawfully. Children should involve a parent or guardian where permission or help is required by applicable law.

You may stop using the app at any time. There is no mandatory account or paid subscription.

Original content and licences

Sudokuzy’s original artwork, code, branding and other protected content belong to MatrixBreach or their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute protected material. Rights granted by applicable law remain available.

Third-party and open-source software remains subject to its own applicable licences. Contact us if you need information about a component or its licence notices.

Local progress and device changes

Entries, notes, progress, rewards and preferences are saved on your device. The current app has no developer-operated accounts, cloud synchronization or cross-device recovery service. Clearing app data, deleting the app or replacing a device can permanently remove records.

Recovery after deletion or reinstallation is not promised. The current in-app reset can leave preserved recovery copies after a save recovery. Read data and deletion guidance for the difference between resetting progress and removing app storage.

Coins and hints

Coins and hints are virtual gameplay resources, not money, transferable property or cash-redeemable value. Earned coins can be exchanged for saved extra hints using the offer shown in the app. This is not a real-money purchase.

Free hint refills and saved hints follow the current game rules described in Support. Opening or cancelling the hint menu does not spend a hint; successfully displaying a new hint spends an allowance. Reopening the same displayed hint is free.

Real-money billing is not connected. Paid coin packs, subscriptions, a paid No Ads entitlement and purchase restoration are unavailable.

Optional rewarded ads

The app supports optional offers for one saved extra hint or a daily coin gift. Production advertising is currently disabled; debug mobile builds use Google test advertisements. There are no forced banners or interstitial ads.

When an offer is available, its stated reward is granted on the provider’s earned-reward confirmation. Closing an ad alone does not grant a reward. An unavailable, interrupted or early-dismissed ad may provide no reward. Connectivity, provider availability and successful saving can affect delivery. We do not promise that an ad will always be available.

Read the Privacy Policy for advertising and consent information. You can play puzzles without requesting an optional ad.

Pre-release changes and availability

Puzzles, presentation, balancing and features may change during testing. We aim to keep the app usable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or recovery of lost local data.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. These terms do not impose a financial liability cap or waive statutory protections.

Help and privacy

Use Support for gameplay instructions, troubleshooting and how to report a problem. Contact connect@matrixbreach.com; no guaranteed response time is offered. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, third-party services and messages sent to us.

Changes and stopping use

We will update these terms and their date when relevant features or arrangements change. Any future paid offering will need its actual store terms and information before it is introduced. You can stop playing at any time; follow data and deletion guidance if you also want to remove local information or request deletion of support correspondence.
